HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Corner Auto Group Partners is a Omaha company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
