HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Nova Rowan Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Oklahoma City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
