HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Group is an insurance company in Oklahoma City with claims and service teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
