HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Linden Health Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
