HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Lumen Nest Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Oklahoma City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
