HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Nova Harbor Transit Planning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
