HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Pine Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
