HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Cross Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
