HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oakland, CA)

Bluepeak Forge Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Oakland, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
