HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Oakland, CA)

Amberfield Loom Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
