HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Pine Financial serves customers across New Orleans with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
