HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (New Orleans, LA)

Redstone Lakeside Energy Group is an energy provider in New Orleans focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
