HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (New Orleans, LA)

Redstone West Energy is an energy provider in New Orleans focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
