HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (New Orleans, LA)

Cedar Clear Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in New Orleans serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
