HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Lantern Learning Group is an education provider in New Orleans serving students and families, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
