HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Drift Banking Services is a community-focused bank in New Orleans serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
