HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Nashville, TN)

Summit Pine Construction is a Nashville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
