HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Thistle Markets is a Nashville retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
