HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Nashville, TN)

Bright Drift Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
