HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Linden Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
