HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rook Manufacturing Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 532 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
