HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Forge Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
