HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wren Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
