HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Fox Property Management is a Nashville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 544 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
