HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight River Staffing Group places workers with employers around Nashville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
