HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wren Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
