HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge North Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
