HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Clear Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Nashville region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
