HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Thistle Manufacturing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
