HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Orchard Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Minneapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 689 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
