HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Minneapolis, MN)

Northwind Vista Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Minneapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
