HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield Cross Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Minneapolis design routes and schedules. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
