HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Bright Water Authority Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
