HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Minneapolis, MN)

Northwind Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Minneapolis region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
