HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Minneapolis, MN)

Stonegate Keystone Energy is an energy provider in Minneapolis focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
