HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Minneapolis, MN)

Fernwood Lantern Community Partners Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
