HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Minneapolis, MN)

Greenridge Orchard Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Minneapolis working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
