HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Vale Water Authority Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
