HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

Cedar Ivory Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
