HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Forge Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
