HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Granite Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 858 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
