HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Pike Property Management Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 204 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
