HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

Lumen Cross Facilities Group looks after properties across the Milwaukee region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
