HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Rook Press Group is a printer and publisher in Milwaukee serving local and national clients, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 895 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
