HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Pike Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
