HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

Silverline River Water Authority Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
