HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Bright Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Milwaukee plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
