HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Fern Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Milwaukee region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 702 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
