HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Hollow Inspection Services is an inspection company in Milwaukee with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
