HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Milwaukee, WI)

Cedar Juniper Inspection Services is an inspection company in Milwaukee with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
